DRIVER Terms and Conditions

This Agreement is established between the registered car owner/authorized driver ("Driver") and RevAds ("Company"). It becomes effective as soon as the Driver digitally accepts it during the registration process and remains in effect as long as RevAds equipment or advertising materials are displayed on the Driver’s vehicle. This Agreement outlines how the Driver will be compensated, the responsibilities of the Driver, and how to use the provided advertising materials.

1. Payout and Compensation

Driver Payout: PHP 2,000 - complete at least 1,500 tracked kilometers each campaign month to qualify for this payout.
Gas Subsidy: PHP 500 - complete local location target to qualify for this payout.

2. Quality Control for Payouts

Eligibility for Payout: Drivers can receive their monthly payout if the following are met:
- Drive a minimum of 1,500 km during the campaign.
- Complete the Quality Control Process before payout release.
Quality Control Process - Drivers need to submit:
- A current photo of the odometer.
- A clear image of the car with the sticker ads visible.
- A close-up photo of the untampered ad void sticker.
Tampering: Any signs of tampering with the materials will result in the Driver losing their payout.

3. Damage Responsibility

Reporting and Repairs: Drivers must immediately report any issues with the advertising materials. Repairs or replacements will be provided free of charge unless the damage is due to the Driver’s negligence. See RevAds Equipment Care and Ad.

4. Commencement and Duration of Agreement

Effective Upon Installation: This Agreement begins once the RevAds materials are installed and will continue as long as the materials remain displayed on the Driver’s car.
Acceptance of Terms: By keeping the materials displayed, the Driver accepts and agrees to this Agreement.

5. Use of Provided Materials

Authorized Materials Only: Drivers can only display ads, posters, or promotional materials provided by RevAds.

Penalty for Violation: Displaying unauthorized materials may result in suspension or permanent deactivation of the Driver’s account.

6. Tampering and Modification Prohibition

No Modifications Allowed: Drivers must not tamper with or modify RevAds stickers or any of the provided materials.
Penalty for Violation: Unauthorized modifications may result in suspension or permanent deactivation of the Driver’s account.

7. Compliance and Enforcement

Monitoring: RevAds can monitor the use of the advertising materials to ensure compliance.
Penalty for Violation: Violations may lead to suspension or permanent deactivation of the Driver’s account.

8. Reporting Violations

Mandatory Reporting: Drivers must report any tampering, modification, or unauthorized material display to RevAds right away.

9. Sticker Maintenance

Driver Responsibility: Drivers must keep the sticker ads clean and inspect the materials regularly for any damage.

10. Ad Visibility

Ensure Visibility: Drivers must make sure the ads are visible at all times and not blocked by any personal belongings, obstructions, or tinted windows.

11. Campaign Availability

No Guarantee of Campaigns: RevAds makes no guarantee of campaign availability. Advertising campaigns are platform-based and dependent on advertiser demand. Drivers acknowledge that the availability of campaigns may vary, and in the event of no available campaigns, compensation will not be provided.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

Respect for Brand Materials: Drivers must not alter or reproduce the advertising content without explicit written permission from the respective Brands. All rights to the ad content belong to the Brands or their licensors.

13. Data Privacy and Security

Consent for Data Use: Drivers consent to RevAds collecting and using their data (such as location and performance metrics) for operational purposes. RevAds will protect this data in line with privacy laws.

14. Modification of Agreement

Right to Modify: RevAds can change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Drivers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform after changes means acceptance of the new terms.

15. Service Compatibility

Check Compatibility: Drivers must ensure that their vehicle is compatible with RevAds systems before use. RevAds is not responsible for any problems caused by incompatibility.

16. Confidentiality

Keep Information Private: Drivers must keep any information shared by RevAds confidential, including technology and business strategies.
No Disclosure: Drivers must not share confidential information with anyone else without permission from RevAds.
Confidentiality Continues After Termination: This obligation continues even after the Agreement ends.
