RIDER Service Agreement

This Agreement is established between the registered rider ("Rider") and RevAds ("Company"). It becomes effective as soon as the Rider digitally accepts it during the registration process and remains in effect as long as RevAds equipment is installed on the Rider’s vehicle. This Agreement outlines how the Rider will be compensated, the responsibilities of the Rider, and how to use the provided advertising equipment.

1. Payout and Compensation

Monthly Payout: Riders are paid PHP 2,000 for each campaign month.

Minimum Mileage: Riders must complete at least 1,500 tracked kilometers each campaign month to qualify for payout.
2. Quality Control for Payouts

Eligibility for Payout: Riders can receive their monthly payout if the following are met:

They drive a minimum of 1,500 km during the campaign.

They complete the Quality Control Process before payout release.

Quality Control Process: Riders need to submit:

A current photo of the odometer.

A clear image of the motorcycle with the ad visible.

A close-up photo of the tamper-proof tag with the serial number.

Tampering: Any signs of tampering with the equipment will result in the Rider losing their payout.
3. Damage Responsibility

Reporting and Repairs: Riders must immediately report any issues with the equipment. Repairs will be provided free of charge unless the damage is due to the Rider’s negligence.
4. Commencement and Duration of Agreement

Effective Upon Installation: This Agreement begins once the RevAds equipment is installed and will continue as long as the equipment remains installed on the Rider's motorcycle.

Acceptance of Terms: By keeping the equipment installed, the Rider accepts and agrees to this Agreement.
5. Use of Provided Materials

Authorized Materials Only: Riders can only display ads, posters, or promotional materials provided by RevAds.

Penalty for Violation: Displaying unauthorized materials may result in suspension or permanent deactivation of the Rider’s account.
6. Tampering and Modification Prohibition

No Modifications Allowed: Riders must not tamper with or modify RevAds boards or any of the equipment.

Penalty for Violation: Unauthorized modifications may result in suspension or permanent deactivation of the Rider’s account.
7. Compliance and Enforcement

Monitoring: RevAds can monitor the use of the advertising equipment to ensure compliance.

Penalty for Violation: Violations may lead to suspension or permanent deactivation of the Rider’s account.
8. Reporting Violations

Mandatory Reporting: Riders must report any tampering, modification, or unauthorized material display to RevAds right away.
9. Equipment Maintenance

Rider Responsibility: Riders must keep the ad board clean and inspect the equipment regularly for any damage or malfunction to ensure it is functioning properly.
10. Ad Visibility

Ensure Visibility: Riders must make sure the ad is visible at all times and not blocked by any personal belongings or obstructions.
11. Campaign Availability

No Guarantee of Campaigns: RevAds makes no guarantee of campaign availability. Advertising campaigns are platform-based and dependent on advertiser demand. Riders acknowledge that the availability of campaigns may vary, and in the event of no available campaigns, compensation will not be provided.
12. Intellectual Property Rights

Respect for Brand Materials: Riders must not alter or reproduce the advertising content without explicit written permission from the respective Brands. All rights to the ad content belong to the Brands or their licensors.
13. Data Privacy and Security

Consent for Data Use: Riders consent to RevAds collecting and using their data (such as location and performance metrics) for operational purposes. RevAds will protect this data in line with privacy laws.
14. Modification of Agreement

Right to Modify: RevAds can change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Riders will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
15. Service Compatibility

Check Compatibility: Riders must ensure that their equipment is compatible with RevAds systems before use. RevAds is not responsible for any problems caused by incompatibility.
16. Confidentiality

Keep Information Private: Riders must keep any information shared by RevAds confidential, including technology and business strategies.

No Disclosure: Riders must not share confidential information with anyone else without permission from RevAds.

Confidentiality Continues After Termination: This obligation continues even after the Agreement ends.
